What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ depends on the product and destination. For export shipments, MOQ is typically 1 × 20ft container. For mixed SKUs, we can plan an assortment based on your market demand.
What payment terms do you follow? +
Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on dispatch from India port. For long-term partners, terms can be discussed based on volume and history.
Do you provide private label / OEM? +
Yes. We support OEM & Private Label including packaging customization, label compliance and export-ready documentation. Share your target country requirements and we’ll align the packaging accordingly.
Which documents will you provide? +
We prepare export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and shipment paperwork for smooth clearance. (Exact set depends on destination and product category.)
What is the typical lead time? +
Lead time depends on SKU, packaging and customization. Usually: finalization → production → container dispatch is planned with a clear timeline after order confirmation.
Can you ship CIF / FOB? +
Yes. We can quote on CIF or FOB depending on your preference and destination port. Share your port and we’ll prepare the right quotation format.
Can we mix products in one container? +
Yes, mixing SKUs is possible based on packaging sizes, pallet planning and destination requirements. We’ll propose an optimized assortment for your market.
